PERSONAL TRAINING
What is Personal Training?

Personal Training offers clients the chance to be trained by Adrian.  

​​One-on-one fitness and programming in a private room.  Your workouts will involve functional exercise and periodically this functional training will involve body weight, kettlebells, plate-weight resistance, dyna bands and dumbbells.  

​​Your training routines will be devised for you in six monthly or yearly cycles, so you'll know what phase of resistance and cardiovascular training you're in and what progression you can look forward to.

Cardiovascular exercise will be mainly in the form of boxing training (pad work), it's more fun than your standard treadmill or bike routine.  And it will be targeted: either Long Steady State (LSS) or we'll move you through the training zones, hitting your lactate system and creatine phosphate (CP) system.  
Weight Management

For​​ many people committed to Health and Fitness this is such a big topic.  It's emotive in the sense that people struggle with their weight and follow fad-diet after fad-diet in an attempt to stay in shape.

Good news; this doesn't have to be complicated at all.

Personal Training runs concurrently with nutrition.  Even in the consultation you'll engage with the trainer on the subject of nutrition.

What type of foods do you like?

Adrian has a recipe book in development which will be available in 2014, and this will help guide you to not only the right foods.  But it'll show you how eating 'clean' is the right approach and the only approach that's going to help you maintain your ideal weight.

So no more fad-dieting, let's just keep it clean and enjoy your results.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​
