It's a revolution in massage and remedial therapy!
It's a system of fast friction, deep muscle stripping, and fascial scraping to relieve aches, pains and tenderness.
The therapist will cover the muscle from its starting point to its termination point —working across the tendon too.
And don’t forget...the ICE. ? That’s right; you’ll be bathed in ICE (covered by a towel of course) and sprayed with coolant.
And all this allows the therapist to really penetrate into the muscle tissue.

That’s right, the session is a totally new experience; it’s fast-paced and vigorous—and of course...ICE cool.
