Bio
After completing a sports science qualification, Adrian gained many years experience in the Health and Fitness industry. He's worked for some of the big players, including: Esporta, Virgin Active and SIV. He’s also seen the other side of the coin working for local authority sports centres, and this is where he took his first managerial position: running fitness and group exercise.
Adrian has continued to educate himself; gaining further qualifications in Personal Training Solutions (Premier), Exercise for Special Populations (GP Referral), Level 4 Massage Therapy, Level 3 Sports Massage and most recently Level 3 Personal Training (Premier Global).
RTS (Remedial Therapy of Sheffield) has been established with the goal of helping customers’ with their soft tissue complaints and allowing people to live pain-free active lifestyles!
